All the rooms ensue a Mediterranean atmosphere: a calm, kaleidoscopic sensation experienced through natural materials and colours of the sea. From the external claddings in Italian herringbone terracotta strips, to the tiling from the blue Ponti collection, every element leads back to the destination and ensues the modern Taormina lifestyle.

Neighborhood info

The name ‘Giafari’ derives from the Arabic word Jaʽfar, meaning in Arabic "small river” or “creek”. The house is nestled in the characteristic “Giafari district”, on a historic staircase that whisper stories of the past. Close by is a Roman water filtration system that still serves the city today. Also within easy access of the stunning Ionian coast, the theme of Casa Giafari is inspired by the life and rejuvenation provided by the proximity of waters.
