Welcoming environment, equipped with all comforts with a strategic position in the heart of the historic center, ground floor, 30 meters from the beach

You will stay in the center of Cefalú where you will find everything within easy reach on foot! Leaving your home you will immediately find yourself in the wonderful medieval wash house and in two different beaches, the Marina and the promenade. Also near your home you will find Via Vittorio Emanuele full of typical shops of the beautiful CEFALÚ from Souvenir shops, food, clothing, restaurants and nightclubs, up to the majestic cathedral that will leave you enchanted by so much beauty! The structure as well as being new, functional and clean, its strength lies in its position which in just one minute (on foot) will allow you to reach the strategic points of the wonderful CEFALÚ!
