The B&B is located in a historic building (XVIII century) with three floors, without lift, recently renovated and located in the most sought-after district of the historic center of Palermo (Vucciria-Cala) and, therefore, in the Limited Traffic Zone which requires the payment of a daily ticket for access / transit by car in the historic center, as well as in all Italian historic centers . The B&B is within walking distance of the main historical monuments and the tourist pier, where you can play outdoor sports, romantic walks near the sea and unforgettable aperitifs. The three rooms, 2 with projecting balcony e 1 non projecting, are located on the first and second floor, while on the third floor there is a double room with a small terrace and a quadruple room with a large terrace. What makes the structure unique is the contrast between the modern and the ancient. Furthermore, it has an internal courtyard where you can spend relaxing moments, reading a book and listening to Gregorian chants from the adjacent and famous Church of S. Maria La Nova.
