The B&B is managed by a young and dynamic company, we like to travel and we welcome our guests. Responsible for welcoming is Giuditta, who will make sure that you are comfortable in the BnB. It will give you the information and advice you need to get around the city.

Property info

The BnB has a rooftop terrace from which you can enjoy a unique view of the city, the terrace is accessible to everyone and you can drink a glass of wine, talk with friends or take some beautiful photos at sunset. The rooms and common areas have city views.

Neighborhood info

A stay with us allows you to discover Central Italy and Tuscany. Arezzo is a central city, served by the railway station and with the exit of the A1 motorway exit. An ideal starting point for visiting Florence (55 km - 40 minutes), Cortona (25 km - 30 minutes), Perugia (95 km - 1 hour and 10 minutes), Siena (70 km - 1 hour). A stay in the 52cento BnB allows you to visit the Outlets of Central Italy and Tuscany. The Mall in Leccio (Reggello - Florence) just 40 minutes away, the Valdichiana Outlet Village (Foiano della Chiana - Arezzo) just 30 minutes away, the Prada shop (Montevarchi - Arezzo) just 30 minutes away from B&B 52cento.
