This newly renovated apartment for up to 4 people offers a splendid view of Vesuvius, Capri and the Bay of Naples from its private balcony. It is located in an area well served by supermarkets, restaurants, and more. Just 600 meters from the Circumvesuviana train station, making it easily accessible from Naples, Pompeii, and Sorrento. To ensure you have a unique experience, we will be available for any needs and give you advice about our beautiful area. It features a bedroom, a living room with double sofa bed, modern bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, coffee machine). Located on the 4th floor with elevator and free private parking available for cars only. Vans or larger vehicles can park in the driveway, where spaces are free and unassigned. Air conditioning, heating, and WiFi provided. Large terrace equipped with tables and chairs. The flat is equipped with a lift allowing access for disabled persons. Guests are reminded that check-in will be in person, please bring a valid physical document. Only ID cards, passports and driving licences are allowed. In addition, you will need to pay the tourist tax of 1 euro per person per night, in line with municipal regulations. Children under the age of 16 are exempt. At check-in you will be asked to pay the city tax in cash, please have the exact amount ready.
To ensure you will have a unique experience, we will be available for any needs and will give you advice on the area, how to get around, what to visit and where to eat. From 6th September ber until 5th October guests staying at our apartment can request free tickets for Festival Ethnos, a world music festival bringing artists from all over the world.
