A charming and comfortable flat, just near the Old Town and pedestrian area, reachable by few Metro stops. Thanks to Metro (Rivoli) and bus stations at few meters from the apartment, we are well linked with the all the most relevant part of the City (Old Town, Train Stations, Museums, Hospitals, Lingotto events, etc.). Furthermore several opportunities for smart mobility: bike, e.board, e.car, car recharge station, etc. in the area. The house is located in a residential area, with a lot of shops, markets, restaurants and services, just near the seventeenth century Tesoriera park, one of the most beautiful park of Turin. For its position, easily reachable from highway and for the free parking, the house is a comfortable solution also for who travels by car. The house is well equipped with Wi-Fi, full kitchen, air conditioning, flat TV, included towels and sheets. Ideal stay for who visits Turin for tourism or for work and wants to enjoy all the amenities of Turin without the "stress" of the City.

The Metro, 3 minutes walking from the House, links in few minutes all the city. Porta Susa Metro and Train station can be reached in 5 minutes. Furthermore the house is in strategic position to reach the Politecnico and Court of law, few minutes by walk, "Venaria Reale", about 15 min by car and 30 by bus, Hospitals and Exibition Centre, few minutes by metro. The airport is less than 20 min by car and about 50 min by bus and metro. The location is comfortable to reach the city beltway and the highway TO-MI. 100m far from the apartment you will find the historical Villa Tesoriera, Baroque style building (today an important musical library), surrounded by a great park, with a giant centenary plane tree, the Fortune Tree ("albero della fortuna"), the oldest tree of the city.
