The property has been fully renovated in 2020 and offers brand new facilities mixed with original architectural details. We wanted to preserve the typical venetian stone floor, the exposed wooden beams and the colors of Venice with some design highlights. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, a washing machine that allow you to stay longer without carrying a big luggage with you, Nespresso machine and Kettle for tea are available. The living room with a round table can welcome 4 people for lunch, aperitivo or dinner. A large tv with flat screen and a comfortable sofa are there for a good rest in between shopping and sightseeing. The corridor is equipped with a large cupboard and storage space. Two comfortable and well illuminated bedrooms are available. The first room has 2 single beds while the other one has a double bed and a private bathroom. There are 2 immaculate bathrooms both equipped with shower. We wanted our apartment to be welcoming, rich of personality and design details where we could feel at home but with all comforts. The property is located on the 4th floor, no elevator, of an XIX century building , it is very quiet and bright.

We were born and raised in Venice, we studied at the local Ca Foscari University and we love our home town. We now live in Belgium but we come back home as much as we can. We love travelling, good food, and spending time with friends and interesting people. We renovated our apartment respecting as much as possible the typical elements of the Venetian spirit. We hope that our guests will enjoy the magic of our fragile and breathtaking city. Venice is an experience that deserves to be enjoyed from within, living like a local, listening to the people in the Calli, eating local food, shopping at the local Rialto market or taking a gondola just to cross the Grand Canal.

The apartment is in the most vibrant part of Venice, few steps away from Rialto bridge. Just outside the door you can walk in Rialto market, a daily market with the widest fish, fruit and vegetables offer. Local product are amazingly fresh and colorful. The locals are shopping here, or enjoying a spritz in the evening, eating a small bite in the close bacari (small bars) or if you want to take a break enjoy one of the famous trattoria (Local restaurant) like La Madonna in a hidden Calle. If you cross the bridge you are 10 minutes away from San Marco Square or from La Fenice Theater. If you like luxury shopping il Fondaco de'Tedeschi is right there. The apartment is accessible with 3 minutes walk from the embarcadero Rialto Mercato (Line 1) and with only 1 bridge.
