Imagine waking up every day with the smell of the sea! Staying in this very modern villa you can reach the beach in 1 minute on foot and enjoy the relaxation of the area! You will have air conditioning in the bedroom and living room, a spacious and elegant bathroom and a beautiful veranda with garden where you can relax during your outdoor moments. There is a bbq, an outdoor shower with hot water, private parking and all the shops within 250 metres, including the local market.

Neighbourhood information

Costa Rei is one of the most popular beaches on the south-eastern coast of Sardinia. The splendid ten-kilometre beach of fine white sand offers a fabulous landscape every day, thanks to the beautiful emerald-coloured water. Every day you can visit a different area, each one characterised by different coves, the typical Mediterranean maquis of the area, and the scent of our sea. Between April and October you will find all facilities such as restaurants, bars, clubs, etc. From November to March you can reach everything in just 10 minutes by car, the area becomes depopulated and it is wonderful to be able to enjoy the silence of the area. Even in the cold season, Sardinia still offers fabulous days with temperatures of up to 20 degrees!
