A fixed handling fee of EUR 7.80 is added to the cost of the reservation and must be paid directly to the Property. The Guest may pay this amount by credit card, or if preferred, the amount may be withheld at the time of the refund for convenience.
Terms and Conditions: Access to the accommodation: Entry will only be permitted after completing the online check-in, which includes payment of the tourist tax, uploading valid identification documents for all guests (including children), and digitally signing the contract. The link to access the procedure will be sent after the booking confirmation. For security reasons, the property uses only digital systems to verify the identity of guests. Identification must be completed before accessing the accommodation, through one of the following methods: a real-time video call or by sending an identification video. In the video or video call, the faces of all guests and the exterior of the accommodation must be clearly visible, to prove that the guests are physically on-site. Digital identification is mandatory and a necessary condition for access. Security deposit and handling fees: Prior to arrival at the property, a security deposit of EUR 250.00 must be paid in advance via Credit Card (through a “Stripe” payment link). A fixed handling fee of EUR 7.80 may apply, which will be withheld at the time of the refund. The Guest may pay this amount directly to the Property (by credit card), or if preferred, the amount may be withheld at the time of the refund for convenience. The security deposit will therefore be refunded net of any deductions for handling fees or damages. On the day of check-out, the Guest must provide their bank account details to the Host exclusively via the Booking. com chat, in order to receive the refund. Once the refund request has been initiated by the Host, it may take between 5 to 10 business days for the amount to be credited to the Guest’s bank account.

AMT Buses: Several bus lines connect Oregina to Genova Piazza Principe Station, the historic city center, and other areas of the city. Bus stops are just a few minutes' walk from the apartment.
Urban railway (Montegalletto Elevator): A very unique connection is the Montegalletto inclined elevator, which takes you directly from the Oregina area to Genova Piazza Principe Station, offering easy access to trains and the metro.
Genova Piazza Principe Train Station: Located about 10–15 minutes on foot or just a few minutes by bus. From here, it’s easy to reach Ligurian Riviera destinations (such as Camogli, Santa Margherita, and the Cinque Terre) or travel within Genoa using trains or the metro.
Public funiculars and elevators: Genoa is famous for its system of free funiculars and public elevators that connect the hillside neighborhoods to the city center quickly and comfortably.
