When designing the property, the designer strived for both sustainability and quality. The floor is made up of natural clay tile which has the ability to maintain cooler temperature in the rooms. Entering the apartment, a spacious living room with sofa coaches, plenty of storage space for shoes and coats. From here, the dining hall opens with a built-in dining table set with hand basin. From here you open to the spacious bedrooms with attached bathrooms. Going further, we find the built -in kitchen with refrigerator and other facilities
The location is really something unique as well because it is a very quiet area, but just 200 meters from the Nilambur Taluk Office, and a five minute walk to the Teak Museum. Many good restaurants, cafes are located nearby which are at a walkaway distance from the property. The property is surrounded by lusty green forest which brings you closer to the nature. The location is perfect for working professionals, travelers, family groups, backpackers, couples. Come and stay today!.
