The fine print
Group Bookings over 4 Rooms will be required to pay a 50% deposit 2 months prior to arrival, or at the time of booking if the arrival date is within 2 months of the booking being made. Should the guest wish to cancel their group booking (4 rooms or more), cancelations must be made 30 days in advance of the arrival date. In this instance, the 50% deposit will be refunded. Cancelation of group bookings (4 rooms or more) after the 30 day cancelation period are nonrefundable. The balance of the reservation costs for group bookings (4 rooms or more) must be paid 48 hours prior to the arrival date.
