Uncluttered, peaceful, and serene. Beautiful house for having people together for food and watching the evening sunsets out of the two panoramic windows at the front of the house. Gated house with full privacy. 4 Bedrooms and a playroom with Lego, Duplo, books and magnatiles. House situated on half an acre so plenty of space for spending sunny afternoons in the garden or take a quick stroll to the beach along the quiet country lane. Kilmuckridge and Blackwater villages are within 5 minutes drive from The Villa and Bella Napoli coffe shop is highly recommended or Kate's Cafe. Throughout the house there is wooden floors and we only use all white cotton bedding and towels. All bedrooms have black-out blinds fitted. Kitchen is stocked with spices and oils and all pots/pans/baking dishes required for a lovely meal. Board games available to keep everyone entertained and the house also has its own Netflix account with a special PG or under account for our youngest guests. Smart TV in the house with a Yamaha Sound Bar. The couch can be extended to have cosy family movie nights. Outdoors we have a BBQ available for guests with a large outdoor dining table and the option of a large umbrella to provide sunshade for the sunny South facing seating area.

There is so much to do within a short distance of the House. Beaches nearby include Morriscastle Beach with it's white sands and Lawlors Take away for coffees and food and Curracloe Beach where you can have a swim or take some surf lessons at the famous Surf Shack. Wells House: Great place for a family day out. Take a guided tour of the House itself or visit some of the exotic animals they have on site. Feeling energetic? Visit the Gruffalo Walk or stroll along any of their other fabulous forest walks. Coffee shop on site too! Hook Lighthouse: Get a guided tour, so memorable Tinnebearna Beach, take a left turn when you get to Ballynamona Beach and you can walk along the sand to Tinnebearna Beach. Irish National Heritage Park. Outdoor historical park showcasing how Ireland in years gone by. Located right beside Wexford Town. Pirates Cove Courtown. Great place for some mini golf, bowling, arcades, ice creams. Kids Favourite Min Ryan Park - Wexford Town. New park with brilliant playground in Wexford Town. Has a coffee shop, easy parking and toilets too. Skate park also located there. Blackwater Open Farm. Petting zoo and Mini Farm within 10 minutes of the house. Kids Playground and great cafe with homemade buns and treats. Kia Ora Mini Farm. Located near Gorey, this place has go karts, petting zoo, kids playground, animals to touch and play with. Cafe on site.
