Balatonszéplak- Ezüsparton kiadásra kinálok egy 2020-ban épült 11 emeletes társasház első emeletén igényesen berendezett apartmant. A társasházban van lift. Az apartman áll egy hálószobából, egy amerikai konyhás nappaliból, külön álló zuhany és mosdóból, továbbá egy keleti fekvésű erkély. Minden helység klimatizált. A nappaliban kihuzható kanapé van, ami +2főnek nyújt alvási lehetőséget. A Balatonpart 50 méterre található a szállástól. Parkolni kint a lakópark körül kialakított ingyenes parkolokban van lehetőség. Aki vonattal érkezik, annak a szállásig 500 métert kell gyalogolnia. A közelben van Spar, Vidámpark, Éttermek.
A környék látnivalói között elsőként kell megemlíteni a Siófok szívében található több mint 100 éves víztornyot. Alul tourinform iroda van, a tetejében pedig egy körbe forgó kilátó, ahonnan pazar kilátás nyílik Siófokra. A Petőfi sétány rengeteg szórakozási lehetőséget ad a pezsgésre vágyó vendégek számára. A szabadtéri szinpadon változatos programokkal, koncertekkel kedveskednek a kikapcsolódni vágyóknak. De a balatonszéplak- felsői Fordított Ház, a zamárdi Kalandpark, és a Tihanyi Apátság is kiváló program lehet.
