New construction completed at the end of 2017. All units with roof terraces offer direct sea views. Since the terraces are south facing, they have sun all day from dawn to dusk. The shared roof terrace offers about 80m2 of sunbathing area and has additional fully equipped kitchen and a private toilet. A high-quality sound system and a 55 "flatscreen make your stay even more enjoyable so that you can watch your favorite stations in the evening or simply enjoy good music with a glass of wine.
I myself am Swiss with Croatian roots. Since I already know the Adriatic coast in the 80s, I can only recommend the Zadar region. From here you have in my opinion the best starting position for all options very close to the spot.
Kozino is located on a very dignified south-facing slope, so you are within 15min in the center of Zadar. You can also simply enjoy one of the many other dignified places in the area. So Petrecane, Zaton and Nin is just around the corner, where there are opportunities for wellness, opportunities for sporting activities such as horse riding, Skyten or Jetsky. On request, a yacht can be rented to experience a private island trip.
