Surrounded by a well-maintained garden with Mediterranean plants, you’ll find a private 40 m² swimming pool, complemented by a sun terrace with comfortable loungers. The pool water is environmentally friendly and chlorine-free, ensuring a natural, crystal-clear swimming experience. Additionally, the pool is equipped with a Jacuzzi hydromassage. The pool is EXCLUSIVELY FOR OUR GUESTS. __☀️ FEATURES: The "Villa Palma" spans a spacious apartment on the first floor with 100 m² of living space. It includes a bright living room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large terrace with stunning sea views. You can access the apartment either via the front staircase leading to the terrace or through a separate entrance with a balcony. The house is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioning, satellite TV, coffee machine, and microwave. A rustic BBQ area is available in the garden, and there is a free parking space for two cars. __☀️SURROUNDINGS: From the terrace, enjoy breathtaking views of the Adriatic Sea and the pool area. The "Villa Palma" offers 100 m² of living space and a 36 m² terrace, providing a peaceful and inviting atmosphere for your stay.
