About this property

Located in Zadar, in an area called Borik, Villa Punta is set just 5 metres from the sea. It features air-conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi and a shared garden area with a barbecue. Sun loungers and parasols are free for use for all guests. Each accommodation unit features a seating area and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Private bathroom provides a shower and hairdryer, while the balconies offer a view of the sea. Borik area is full of cafés and restaurants, all reachable in a 10-minute walk, while the nearest grocery store is 250 metres away. Property information

The Villa Punta is a family run accommodation with great attention to detail. The unique location right on the sea, as well as the bright and comfortable rooms and of course the beautiful balcony view over the sea, this is what our guests appreciate.

Neighbourhood information

The Villa Punta is set in a landscaped area of the city of Zadar, the small harbor and the lighthouse are a popular photo opportunity. Also the lounge café on the waterfront invites you to a good cafe at the day or a drink / cocktail in the evening.
