Considering that today we live extremely stressful and fast, what we want to provide to the guests in our holiday home is complete relaxation and rest throughout the year. That is why we decided to micro-location near Motovun in the interior of Istria where surrounded by greenery, hills and vast vineyards and forests, as well as culture and various activities and events, food and wine - guests can fully enjoy.

Villa is located in Bataji / Romani - 3 km away from Motovun (1 km airline), 29 km from Porec and Novigrad (nearest beach 25 km), Pula airport 69 km, Portoroz airport 41 km.
