Vila Kety smještena je u strogom centru Baške,udaljena svega 70 metara od glavne plaže (Vela plaža) Baška. Ostali sadržaji (pošta,restoran,bar, akvarij) se nalaze u krugu od 20metara. Trgovina prehrane udaljena je 150 metara od Vile. Villa sadrži grijani bazen dimenzija 3,70m x 7,50m.
