Our apartments are located in the beautiful area of Kozino near Zadar, just a minute walking distance to the beach! The apartments are modern, tastefully furnished and one has three bedrooms with one king size, one queen size, and two single beds. Two bathrooms, kitchen and a large living room overlooking the sea. The smaller downstairs apartment has one bedroom with a queen size bed. The mattresses are of excellent quality with hotel quality cotton sheets and towels. The upstairs kitchen is equipped with a full size dish washer, a induction stove top and electric full size oven, microwave oven, toaster, pots and pans, full-size refrigerator, tables and chairs, plates and bowls, silverware/utensils. The apartment is fitted with four air conditioning units. Private car parking around the back of the house is available. Complimentary wireless internet is at guest's disposal. Our wonderful apartment is located only 150 walking distance the beach. You can enjoy the most be bautiful sea views from the fully furnished balcony , where you can have a sizzeling bbq on a Weber gas Grill. The ground floor apartment has a outdoor entertainment area with a weber grill for you.

Kožino is a village located 7 km north of Zadar, offering a large number of modern, fully equipped villas and apartments. It is well connected with the surrounding area. The local population in Kožino engages in agriculture, mostly cultivating vines and olive trees. It is an ideal destination for those who want to spend a quiet romantic/ family holiday. Here you will find beautiful pebble and sand beaches with clear waters, surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation. The most valuable cultural and historical monument to visit in Kožino is the parish church of St. Michael, built in the second half of the 16th century.  Sports enthusiasts can try their hand at tennis, table tennis, beach volleyball, football, handball, basketball, water skiing, surfing, sailing, rafting on river Zrmanja and hiking on the Velebit mountain.
