The house is a new building of about 5-6 old, of exceptional quality and quite an armored.Very safe against earthquakes as it showed .Approach from the Maksimir road through the passage of a building from the road to the house. As opposed to the building on the road itself, the house is in the yard and is thus isolated from the tram and car passing noise It is located a few kilometers from downtown Ban Josip Jelacic Square, about 25 minutes by foot. On the ground floor there is one room on the 2nd floor up to the upper room comes to the stairway as well as the exit to the terrace. To come to the 2,3 room on the last floor. MARKO on the floor the rooms are locked and locked inside!Room .common premises kitchen facilities (fridge, stove, sink,). terrace (barbecue grill wood only for barbecue , not for heating !!! and toilete shared space.All rooms are air conditioned ,big smart tv 108cm with youtube.
I work in the Zagreb Electric Tramway once I drove a tram
very close to about two kilometers there is the ZOO and the largest forest park Maksimir, on the other side a few kilometers from the City Center Ban Jelacic Square, shop, restaurant and cafe is extremely much within a distance of 1000 m from the property !!
