Situated at the tram station itself, in the Maksimirska cesta street, 500 meters from Maksimir Park, and 900 meters from Zagreb Zoo, apartment Maksimirska 89 is a spacious 63 meters apartment with a 14 meters prefabricated garage space for personal car or smaller van. -There are "open space" of the living room and kitchen, bathroom and 2 huge bedrooms with 5 single beds and 1 double bed. -The main ( "Jelačić" ) square, Cathedral and famous "Zrinjevac" Park are within 2,5 km from the apartment. -Central railway station, ("Glavni kolodvor" ) and the main bus station, ( "Autobusni kolodvor" ), are located at distance of 3 km. -Airport is 12 km from the property.
