Hello, my name is Iva, I was born and live in Dubrovnik. Me and my family own this property and I'll be your host during your stay. Our property is located in a family house, in a quiet part of Dubrovnik, Lapad Bay. Lapad Bay is an ideal place to relax from the city crowds and fast-paced everyday life. Quiet neighborhood, proximity to the beach, restorants, bars, and direct connection to the historic Old Town make this place ideal for your vacation. In Lapad Bay, everyone will find something for themselves, whether you like to lie on the beach, walk by the sea or enjoy the terraces of nearby cafes. For the youngest there are also several children's playgrounds. The property offers modern apartments with furnished terraces, a flat screen Smart TV with Netflix. A fully equipped kitchen comes with dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave and kettle. Bathroom comes with a washing machine and free toiletries. If you get tired of walking around you can always relax and enjoy on the terrace in the privacy of your apartment. Free Wi-Fi is also available. Free parking spot is available at the property, reservation needed.
