The house has 3 floors with one apartment on the middle floor and one on top floor (Penthouse with private roof terrace).
Apartment 1 (middle floor): One bedroom apartment of 60 m2 and a balcony. The bedroom has a King size double. In living area a bed sofa (140 cm bed folded out from the sofa). Fully equipped kitchen with washer machine. Bathroom with washing machine. Air conditioning in all rooms.
Apartment 2 Penthouse with roof terrace: One bedroom apartment of 75m2 with a balcony plus a roof terrace of 65 m2. One bedroom apartment of 60 m2 and a balcony. The bedroom has a King size double. In living area a bed sofa (140 cm bed folded out from the sofa). Fully equipped kitchen with washer machine. Bathroom with washing machine. Air conditioning in all rooms. On the terrace outdoor kitchen, sunbeds and jacuzzi.
