The property is situated in the very heart of Njivice in a peaceful neighbourhood. Balconies have a beautiful view at the sea and they are protected from the neighbours and from the people passing by.
I am retired and I rent apartments for a living.
Our neighbourhood is peaceful, people are mostly polite and they also rent apartments during the Summer.
