Apartment is concepted so you can have homey feeling and relaxing stay. The best feature of apartment is waking up next to Bjelovar’s most beautiful park. The tall and monumental water tower is guarding the peaceful park below.
Borik is a part of Bjelovar that consist of a Water tower and army base to the south, partisan monument/memorial graveyard to the north. With the monument of Vojin Bakić the park has a football and a basketball court alongside with outdoor gym. The army training grounds/bike paths and wilderness is located west to the park and a quiet street to the east.
