The apartment is part of the house but with a separate entrance and a separate west terrace on the ground floor and balcony on the first floor. It is surrounded by a garden with a gazebo and another set for sitting and socializing..there are also two deck chairs in the garden where guests like to relax ... The apartment used to be the studio of the only Croatian Oscar winner Dušan Vukotić, which is decorated as an apartment for guests ... In any case Apartment with attached and soul ... It is only 50 steps away from the beach ... a pleasant walk along the beach ... you reach the beautiful Zlatni rat .... the most beautiful beach on the Adriatic.

Bol is a place where it's never boring...and while in the center there's partying until late at night...our house is 150 to 200m from the center of the town, yet in a quiet and peaceful oasis you can fall asleep
