House is in the old part of town. it is close to city centre and a lot of tourist attractions (fortresses, cathedral, UNESCO heritage...). It is close to beach, public transportation and public parking. Quiet part of town.
Part of town where the house is situated is one of the oldest parts of town. This part was found in 15th century. Some of the houses are 100 years old or more. Near to the house there are remains of city walls that protected town from Middle ages up to 19th century. House is close to 3 fortresses, and oldest fortress is 1000 years old. Cathedral of St. Jacob is also nearby. It is protected by UNESCO.
