Property information

This exclusive villa is located on the slope of a small hill. It has a huge veranda and a gazebo by the pool, which allows you to enjoy exquisite views of the olive groves, amazing blue sea and the village of Almyrida. The architect designed this house, reflecting the typical character of the area with the addition of modern details, such as a large metal shed with wood elements, a gazebo for relaxing (with a barbecue) by the pool and much more. The ground floor of the villa consists of an open-plan kitchen with dining area, a spacious living room with fireplace, as well as a staircase and a small WC. Through the huge windows there is a stunning view, giving a penetrating light into the room. The second floor of the villa consists of a master bedroom with a private dressing room and bathroom, as well as two spacious bedrooms with one large single bathroom. All rooms have balconies and amazing sea views. On the ground floor there is a hamam with a spacious bathroom and a small living room.

Neighbourhood information

The small village Kera is located only 2 km from the sandy beaches of Almyrida along the Kalives-Almyrida road. From this picturesque village you can enjoy the view of the White Mountains (Lefka Ori) on one side and the Aegean Sea on the other. Located just 30 minutes from Chania, with its historic Old Town and the Venetian Port, Kera is an idyllic rural refuge.
