The traditional stone-built house with 2 studios and view to the sea is located in Agios Nikitas, 5 min. walking distance from the beach and the center of the village. Each studio has an outdoor kitchenette with kitchenware, 2 cooking rings, fridge, coffemaker a.o. , also included TV, safety box, hairdryer and free Wifi. The garden with a beautiful view to the sea has a private BBQ.
We, Nikos and Barbara, are a greek-german couple and we live since 2008 at Lefkas. We speak Greek, German, Italien and English.
Within 150m you can find minimarkets, tavernas and bars in the center of Agios Nikitas. The village is located at the west cost of Lefkas Island, near the most beautiful beaches like Kathisma-Beach (2,5km distance), Pefkoulia-Beach (2km) and Milos-Beach (15 min. walk or 5 min. by Taxi-Boot). Egremni and Portokatsiki-Beach in the south of the island have a distance of about 45 driving min. from Villa Christianna Studios.
