The house contains 1 bedroom with double bed and a baby swing, and 1 bedroom/sitting room with 2 single beds and 1 sofa which can be transformed into single bed . It also contains a bathroom-wc with a laundry machine (including detergents) and a kitchen equipped with all the suitable electic devices. Air conditioning, autonomous heating and hot water are included. All balcony doors are equipped with mosquito nets (screens), while incest repellenting devices are provided.
The apartment is located in the city center and access to all points of interest (central square, banks, shopping, entertainment) is very comfortable on foot. It is 50 meters away from the main square (Rigas Feraios square), 70 meters from the large municipal free parking place and 70 meters from the supermarket. It is an ideal for families apartment as it is very comfortable and quiet.
