The apartment is on the 2nd floor of the building WITHOUT AN ELEVATOR. It has two rooms. The bathroom and the main room with kitchen, dining room and bedroom. Main room: Double bed with double electric blanket (in winter), TV, NetFlix, fast WiFi (300mbps), AirCondition, linens, slippers, toothbrush, sofa, wardrobe, iron-ironing board, kitchen with utensils for cooking and serving, tea, coffee, tea-coffee maker, kettle, electric stove, microwave oven, dishwasher, washer-dryer, detergents, table, and more. Balcony: coffee table and clothesline for drying clothes.
The house is 130 meters from the central square, 450 meters from the port and 250 meters from the Lavrio Health Center.
