Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται στο κέντρο της πόλης της Κοζάνης σε μια απόσταση 210 μέτρων από το Δημαρχείο της πόλης όπου είναι και το κέντρο της διασκέδασης! Η αγορά της πόλης είναι πραγματικά στα πόδια σας ξεκινώντας από την είσοδο της οικοδομής που βρίσκεται το διαμέρισμα Philoxenia Kozani!
Στο διαμέρισμα υπάρχει ενδοδαπέδια θέρμανση κατά τους χειμερινούς μήνες και δύο κλιματιστικά 18000 και 12000 BTU για τους θερινούς μήνες!
Το διαμέρισμα αποτελείται από δύο κύριους χώρους και ένα μπάνιο. Η κρεβατοκάμαρα με ανατολικό προσανατολισμό είναι διακοσμημένη σε αποχρώσεις του γκρι και της καρυδιάς! Στο υπνοδωμάτιο υπάρχουν δύο μονά κρεβάτια 90cm*200cm με τη δυνατότητα να μετατραπούν σε υπέρδιπλο King Size κρεβάτι. Τα μαξιλάρια είναι μέτριας πυκνότητας 900γρ. της Das Home! Η ντουλάπα που βρίσκεται στο χώρο είναι πεντάφυλλη. Στα μεσαία φύλλα της ντουλάπας υπάρχουν παντόφλες φροτέ, έξτρα κλινοσκεπάσματα και μαξιλάρια Super Soft ιδανικά για παιδιά!
