I am Marie, the owner of ''Paul-Marie''. Our story starts 5 years ago when my brother Paul and I, took over the hotel, which had been built in the same land where one century ago our grandparents, Paul and Marie, were growing olive trees and producing their own olive oil.
Though all the changes have been made throughout the years, The act of giving, the emphasis on human relationships, and the real warm hospitality will always form the backbone of Paul-Marie’s core values.
