On a privately owned hill with a panoramic view of the southern coastal area of the island and the horizon of the Ionian sea, 5 minutes drive from the city centre. The neighbourhood has a supermarket at 100 m. distance, a bakery at 300 m. distance and a pharmacy at a 700 m. The airport and the port of the island are located 2 km away. In addition, the central bus station is 1 km away.
