Myrtia Beach House was built in 1962 as a traditional Greek family vacation home. In August 2015 a full renovation of the house was completed with partial EU funding. An integral parameter of the renovation was to make the house energy efficient and suitable/comfortable for handicapped people. Now it operates as a villa for rent throughout the year. Myrtia Beach House is situated right in the center of Tersanas Bay, surrounded by a green courtyard of 4000 square meters, and has a direct view to the sea.
We are a Greek-Swiss family running this business.
The beach is 10 feet from the property. In the garden you can find high trees, bushes and local herbs. The surrounding area is inviting to take a walk, and at a distance of 1km there is a village with several shops, tavernas and supermarkets. There is a regular bus service to commute to the city of Chania and the bus stop is conveniently located nearby the property.
