Cute little penthouse with great terrace granting alluring views over the Messinian Bay, Taygetos mountain and the city of Kalamata. Right on the sea promenade - beach across the street - where in the summer the heart of the city beats 24h a day while the rest of the year you can enjoy poetic tranquility. Attention has been given to specifically tailored environmental friendly furniture The mattresses, the linen and the bath towels are of organic quality. Please make sure you have the address of the accommodation handy as taxi drivers and Kalamatians don't know every holiday accommodation by name :)
Elena was born in Georgia and brings the knowledge of the eastern Europe culture. Nico was born in Switzerland and brings the central Europe culture to the relationship. We both are also Greeks and we prefer to live in Greece and particularly in Kalamata, a city with probably the most awesome relation to nature. We both like to have guests and to make them feel comfortable and we are both committed to a high standard of hospitality.
The apartment is on the sea promenade of Kalamata. This promenade is full of shops, cafes and restaurants many of which are only open during the summer months. The main commercial and economic center of the city is about 2km away. It can be reached on foot and even better by bike. Bus stop is 20m down the road. In the summer months there is a 24h kiosk about 200m further. Catering possibilities at every corner. A certain level of city - noise is to be expected. In the summer months finding a parking lot can be a bit difficult in this neighborhood. You might need to park two blocks away then.
