A newly built house in a very quiet and serene location only a short (5 minutes) walk from Skopelos Town. The 50 square meters house comprise of an open plan living room with kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower making it a perfect place for a couple or for a family of three since aνother person can easily sleep in the big sofas that can be found on the living room. The house has a spacious garden with barbeque facilities and with private parking area something that is rare to find so close to Skopelos Town.
