With great excitement, we present our traditional house in the idyllic village of Tsagarada, Pelion. Our rustic residence welcomes you to a space filled with authenticity and hospitality. Designed to accommodate large groups, our home promises a one-of-a-kind stay experience. Enjoy the tranquil atmosphere and the indescribable views, exploring every corner and secret of our village. Our house is traditional, surrounded by nature, spacious and with a beautiful view of the Aegean! Coolness, sea breeze, natural environment, privacy, and quiet and ideal for families! The space on the upper floor comprises 3 spacious and bright bedrooms, each equipped with 2 semi-double beds and storage areas. There is a fully equipped bathroom and toilet on the upper floor. (We are in the process of constructing a second bathroom and toilet on the basement floor!) On the ground floor, there is a living room capable of accommodating an additional 3 people, as well as a large dining area. Additionally, we have central air conditioning (A/C), and TV, and our kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances. Furthermore, there are two large balconies and a spacious courtyard for your enjoyment. The house is situated in the countryside, surrounded by trees, foliage, and plants! The residence is located a 10-minute drive from the village center in a quiet area in the neighborhood of Agia Kyriaki. We drive onto the village's ring road and at the point we will indicate, we take a right turn to the parking area. There is a parking space for 2 cars in a shared area. From the parking area to the entrance of the house, there is a downhill distance of 25-30 meters on a cement road. There is an external gate, external stairs, and an internal staircase. The space is not recommended for people with limited accessibility.

The house is a traditional countryside retreat surrounded by lush vegetation, trees, and flowers. There is a garden with vegetables such as tomatoes, cucumbers, and zucchini, as well as fruit trees! The natural environment is abundant around the house, providing coolness, protection, and uniqueness to various little visitors... Remember, you are staying in a village/cottage house!! The house is located in a tranquil area in the neighborhood of Agia Kyriaki. The entire property is fenced, offering privacy. There are 5 neighboring houses nearby. It's quiet during the day and night. There is a beautiful view of the sea and the trees. The parking space is shared but spacious enough for at least 2 cars. It is illuminated at night. From the parking area to the house and back, we move on foot. It's a 25-30 meter walk on a cement road, which is illuminated at night. All areas of the house are illuminated at night. Access to the village center (square, supermarket, pharmacy) is primarily by car, with a distance of 6 minutes.
