Έχει γρήγορη και εύκολη πρόσβαση σε παραλίες,σουπερμάρκετ,καφέ,εστιατόρια,μπαρ,παιδική χαρά και φαρμακεία.Αποτελείται από δύο εισόδους κύρια και βοηθητική οι οποίες οδηγούν σε δύο μεγάλες αυλές,είναι στο πρώτο όροφο συγκροτήματος με θέα το πράσινο της αυλής και τη θάλασσα.Εσωτερικά του σπιτιού επίσης θα βρείτε air fryer,τοστιέρα,ηλεκτρικό μπρίκι, και καφετιέρα με κάψουλες.Θα χαρούμε να σας φιλοξενήσουμε.
