 The Residence boasts a 100m² private outdoor space that delivers direct access to the beach—imagine opening the gate and stepping onto golden sands. Accommodating up to six guests in real beds, plus one extra guest on a folding bed upon request, Iris Residence offers thoughtful details and warm hospitality. The home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is ideal for families, friends, or couples travelling together. The maximum capacity is 7 guests. *Iris Beach Front Residence, is part of an iconic complex - Kimata BeachFront Retreats, which includes six independent holiday homes in total, each of them with separate facilities & private entrances. Kindly note that due to the design of the complex some of the areas may be overlooked. All homes feature their own reserved sun-beds at the beach located in-front of the complex. *Please kindly note that the beach profile changes seasonally due to the change in wave energy experienced during summer and winter months. Pets are not allowed • Supervision of children is your responsibility • Events are allowed strictly upon request / Prior notice, extra fees, event contract required • Pre-stocking service available upon request (extra charge) • Pool operates seasonally (end of March – mid-November) • 24/7 ThinkVilla concierge service included.
