Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται σε κεντρικό σημείο μόλις 5 λεπτά απο την κεντρική πλατεία και 10 λεπτά απο το λιμάνι της πόλης. Στα 300μ. βρίσκεται η παραλία Γριμπόβου ενώ στο 1χμλ. η παραλία της ψανής. Στα 200μ. απο το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται σούπερ μάρκετ. Ο χώρος μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει έως και τέσσερα άτομα, ειναι αρκετά ευρύχωρος και πλήρως εξοπλησμένος για κάθε ανάγκη. Επιπλέον ο χώρος προσφέρει μεγάλη αυλή για χαλάρωση. Τέλος το διαμέρισμα ειναι εξοπλισμένο με σύστημα ασφαλείας (κάμερες, συνεγερμός)
