Αποστάσεις με τα πόδια σε σούπερ μάρκετ, καφετέριες, ζαχαροπλαστεία , φούρνο , ταβέρνες κ.α κάθε Σάββατο στο χωριό στήνεται λαϊκή αγορά σε απόσταση 2 λεπτών με τα πόδια από το κατάλυμα. Απόσταση από την παραλία της Συκιάς 3 χλμ , 5 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο. Το χωριό διαθέτει λεωφορείο με 3 δρομολόγια ημερησίως προς Θεσσαλονίκη και 3 από Θεσσαλονίκη , δίνοντας σας την δυνατότητα να επισκεφτείτε χωριά και παραλίες σε μακρινές και κοντινές αποστάσεις!
Ήσυχη γειτονιά στο κέντρο του χωριού σε μικρή απόσταση από τον ιερό ναό του Αγίου Αθανασίου καθώς και το παλαιό δημοτικό σχολείο με την πανοραμική θέα όλου του χωριού!
