A refined Athenian apartment with character. Located in a well preserved 1952 apartment building in the historic center of Athens, this unique residence was fully renovated in 2025 with deep respect for it's original character. We preserved the original flooring, the kitchen with it's marble sink and countertop, as well as the elegant interior doors - honoring the aesthetics of a bygone era. At the same time, we created two modern bathrooms and a WC and carried out all necessary upgrades to ensure full functionality and comfort. Discover the ultimate Athenian city break in our stylish apartment, literally just steps from Syndagma Square and within walking distance of the city's most iconic landmarks. It's the ideal choice for visitors seeking comfort, style and immediate access to everything Athens has to offer.
