Through a journey that started in 2001, Oreo Travel was founded by Stratos Beretis, an experienced member of the Greek Tourism Industry, a Graduate of the Department of Economics of the University of Crete and a Master Degree Holder in Tourism Business Management. Having passed through several management positions, he was won over by the occupation with tailor made tourism services and especially in inbound tourism in villas, independent properties, country houses and small holiday rental units. Oreo Travel started as a representative of global tour operators and continues to this day with an ever-growing network of partners and properties in Crete, Peloponnese and Athens, in line with the new promotional and managing methods. Our goal at Oreo Travel is to promote the properties we partner with in the best way possible, by solely operating as a booking agent on behalf of our partner-property owners, whom we advise and guide in providing high standards of hospitality for their guests, in accordance with the regulations and the laws that govern the accommodation industry. Furthermore, we are constantly available for our guests to answer questions, solve potential problems that may arise while booking or staying in and to recommend services that may be needed to facilitate their stay and maximize their travel experience (car rental, transportation, tours, excursions and concierge services). Almirikia villa is located right on the beach of Sfakaki area in Rethymno town. A unique villa built on a land of 1000 sqm, surrounded by palm trees, with a spacious swimming pool of 45 sqm. The villa has a two storey layout and covers a total of 105 sqm.Further more there is next to the pool another annex with a bedroom. Entering the villa there is an open plan fully equipped kitchen, a dining table and a living room with satellite tv and a dvd player. Next to the living area there is a beautiful covered veranda where you can enjoy your drink, lunch or dinner next to the swimming pool. Then there is the master bedroom with a double bed and its en-suite shower / wc and another one wc. An internal staircase leads to the upper floor where are two more bedrooms with a shared shower /wc. One bedroom has twin beds and the other one a double bed. Both bedrooms have access to a spacious balcony with patio furniture with beautiful views to the sea and the surrounding area. All bedrooms are individually air-conditioned. Next to the pool there is an annex where the fourth bedroom is , also airconditioned , with ensuite shower/wc and two single beds .There is free wifi coverage on all areas. On the outside, there is a beautiful garden with lawn and plants, ideal for kids to play and leisure time. In front of the villa there is another covered area with a dining table and a built-in barbeque. Sunbeds and umbrellas are available for the villa's clients on the beach while patio furniture are provided for relaxing moments by the sea just in front of the villa.
