Welcome to our modern, spacious 3 bedroom 100 sqm apartment, freshly renovated by French Greek Architect. TOP location in Athens, Palaio Faliro is the closest Athens seaside from downtown. Very practical, you can walk to the beach for a quick swim in the morning before your visits during the day in historical downtown. Quiet, cosy and friendly neighborhood with Flisvos Park and famous Marina promenade with numerous bars, coffee, restaurants, shopping. Niarchos cultural center opera, park nearby.
5 minutes walk from bus and tramway stations that can take you to numerous beaches across the Athenian Riviera (Glyfada beach and outdooor nightclubs - 5mins by tram, Vougliagmeni 20mins by bus/car), the Historic Center of Athens, Acropolis, Lycabetus, Monastiraki, Plaka... (20mins by car/tram), Athens airport (30mins by car), Piraeus port to go to Greek islands (15mins by car/tram).
