Teddy is a young, affable and a vibrant person. He was formerly a development administrator with an international development organisation, but now an entrepreneur and manager of Feehi's Place and The Laundry Point . He is a Law student with the University of London International Programme. Teddy also has professional experience in integrated marketing communications, HR and event management. He is working to start a foundation to support deprived children enjoy quality education. Teddy loves life, loves being young, loves manchester united, loves travelling and loves you reading this. FEEHI'S (is my mum's pet name from the local Ga dialect meaning Everything is good/All is well) PLACE is close to everything you want in Accra due to its central location. It is a detached 4 bedroom private apartment/residence in a gated compound. For emphasis, its not a hotel, hostel or guest house. Its 4mins walk from the Oxford street noted for its continental restaurants, shopping malls, 24hr pharmacies & specialist hospitals, night clubs & various churches. It's 15mins drive from the airport, beaches & foreign missions. Its accessible, clean & simple. Its ideal for couples, tourists, interns, business travelers, families, and groups who wish to live in a safe 24hr environment. The house rules are non-negotiable and include: 1. Respect for other guests and staff devoid of sex, race, religion or ethnicity 2. No smoking throughout the premises or compound 3. Strictly a no-go for commercial sex workers

The neighborhood is very cosmopolitan and its a blend of residential and business environment. Busy during the days, cool at night. Food (cheap & expensive, local and continental), drinks, and medication is easily accessible 24 hours a day. There is the cool life for those you want it, and the fast life for those you want it.
