Y Ffau is set in its own garden space with it's own fencing and an outdoor patio/seating area. PLEASE NOTE: There is currently NO WORKING COOKER in the caravan, however we do have a two ring hob, a microwave and toaster. The correct address for the property is MAESYFFYNNON, FARRINGTON LANE, KNIGHTON. LD7 1LA (what three words ///yell.airfields.thrones) Our caravan is very cute but it is not a new caravan and obviously there are the usual bumps and scrapes and minor marks in it. The condition does reflect the age but we hope you will still enjoy all it has to offer. Unfortunately the caravan heater does not work but we have provided another source of heating for your comfort. Please also note that there is no separate bedroom (as in the photos). The seating area doubles as the bedroom and there are instructions on how to convert the beds in our welcome sheet. We are situated on the outskirts of the lovely town of Knighton, ideally placed for countryside walks and exploring Offas Dyke and Glyndwr's Way. Only a 10 minute walk to the town centre with it's cute little shops and plenty of pubs, restaurants and cafes. Makes the perfect base for exploring locally and further afield. PLEASE NOTE: check in is 5:00pm (due to work commitments) but it may be possible earlier by arrangement/availability. For last minute bookings (same day) please contact me as 5:00 check-in is not always available if a booking has been made on the same day but we will try to accommodate all requests.

There are lovely walks nearby and a leaflet of circular walks from Knighton is in the caravan for information. The town is only a 10 minute walk or if you prefer to drive there are plenty of car parks. The train station is about 15 minutes walk or a 5 minute drive. There is some local bus transport but not regular. The caravan is now situated in its own fenced garden section and is safe for dogs.
