Best value in town! A well presented and spacious 1 bedroom ground floor apartment on a quiet, modern development. Situated just a 5 minute walk to the train station with direct lines to Cambridge & London Kings Cross, and a mere 10 minute walk to Royston’s historic town centre and supermarkets. A designated parking space is provided directly outside the property and further guest parking is available on the development if needed. Spacious apartment with open plan living / dining comprising of corner sofa, large smart tv with Netflix and freeview and dinning table for 4 plus guests. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you might need during your stay including washer/dryer. Bathroom contains shower over bath. The double bedroom is fully furnished with two double built in wardrobes (in case you can’t pack light!) and views to the communal green area. Car parking and bike storage available. We hope you have a great stay!

The apartment situated on a modern safe development close to the train station which is just a 5 minute walk, also a 10 minute walk in either direction will bring you to the main supermarket Tesco or to the historic town centre of Royston where you can find many great restaurants, pubs, shops, markets and park.
