A vibrant and modern one-bedroom flat with free on-street parking outside. Perfect for couples exploring the city, it's complete with a double bedroom, open-plan kitchen and living area, and separate W.C and walk-in shower. Located in Leith, it's great for getting off the beaten track. Within a 10-minute walk, you'll find Alby's, for (arguably) the best sandwiches in the city; The Little Chartroom, a laidback fine-dining restaurant; and Lind & Lime Distillery, where you can book a gin tasting.

Located in Leith, the neighbourhood is great for getting off the beaten track and taking advantage of free on-street parking! Within a 10-minute walk, you'll find Alby's, for (arguably) the best sandwiches in the city; The Little Chartroom, a laidback fine-dining restaurant; and Lind & Lime Distillery, where you can book a tour and gin tasting. The closest supermarkets (Tesco Express and Lidl) are a 10-minute walk away. For a relaxed evening drink, it's an 8-minute walk to The Bonnington or a 15-minute to The Shore where you'll find popular pubs and bars such as Teuchter's Landing, The King's Wark and Roseleaf Bar Cafe.
