The proprietors went out of their way to be helpful, such as taking our cases upstairs to our room, catering for a food intolerance, and giving advice about places to visit and our onward journey. The room was spacious, comfortable and well equipped.

Tregiffian Farm provides high quality bed and breakfast accommodation in a quiet, rural location. Situated 5 miles from Penzance, on the south coast of West Cornwall between the tiny fishing coves of Lamorna and Penberth, our farmhouse enjoys beautiful sea views in a peaceful and secluded setting. Our rooms are decorated to a high standard with quality linen, furnishings and comfortable beds to help you rest after a busy day's sightseeing. We are within easy reach of the beautiful beaches of Sennen Cove, Porthchapel and Porthcurno, with its famous open-air theatre, and places of interest such as St Michael's Mount, St Ives and Land's End all just a short drive away. The area is well-known for its South West Coast Path, which is ideal for enjoying the stunning coastline and taking some exercise along the way. There is a regular bus service and a bus stop half-a-mile away, but we recommend guests have a car to be able to travel around easily. There are three pubs within a ten-minute drive, and more pubs and restaurants in nearby Mousehole, Newlyn and Penzance. Please note that mobile reception is limited in this area, although we have very good WiFi within the accommodation
We have been established as a bed and breakfast business for many years, and take great pride in looking after our guests during their stay. We offer a friendly and comfortable 'home from home' from which to enjoy your holiday, and over the years we have made many friends who return to stay with us year after year. We are always happy to answer any questions or help with suggestions of places to visit or where to enjoy your evening meal. Our rooms are decorated to a high standard and offer large, comfortable beds. Rooms/bathrooms are serviced daily and towels are provided. A breakfast consisting of cereals, muesli, fresh fruit, grapefruit, orange juice, tea/coffee, croissants and toast is included in the price and served either by me or my husband, Derek in our tastefully decorated breakfast room. A full English breakfast is also available as an optional extra and is priced separately.
Tregiffian Farm is situated down a quiet, single-track, country lane, approximately 5 miles west of Penzance. We have off-road parking, and a stunning sea view on arrival! A car is ideal for exploring the many places of interest nearby, or leave the car behind and take a walk on the coast path, taking in the views along the way. There are many National Trust properties just a short drive away, which offer beautiful gardens to roam around. Or sit and enjoy a Cornish Cream Tea in one of the many cafes or tea rooms. St Michael's Mount, Mousehole, Falmouth, St Ives, Land's End, Sennen Cove are all within easy driving distance. Or book tickets at the famous Minack Theatre in Porthcurno, which holds productions weekly during the summer months. There is a great deal to enjoy in this beautiful area of West Cornwall.
